Contractor Qualifications and Experience

The Contractor must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

1. Five years of management consulting experience.
2. Five years of experience with experience with development of and implementation of leadership training.
3. Five years of experience implementing employee surveys.
4. Five years of experience with developing and facilitating a project plan informed by workforce survey results.
5. Ten years of experience working in public health.
6. Five years of experience as a Certified Change Management Practitioner
