The Change Management and Communications Lead is responsible for developing, coordinating, and continuously improving the NewGen approach to change management, stakeholder engagement, and communications. The role ensures that stakeholders are informed, engaged, aligned, and prepared throughout the transformation journey by providing structured change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement strategies, communication campaigns, and adoption initiatives across all NewGen activities.
The role reports directly to the Program Lead and serves as the central coordination point for stakeholder engagement, communication campaigns, change initiatives, and adoption activities, working closely with the Program Lead, PMO, Project Managers, Division Project Managers, and business stakeholders to support successful delivery of NewGen objectives.
Key responsibilities:
Own and continuously improve the NewGen change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategy.
Assess stakeholder impacts and drive readiness, engagement, and adoption initiatives across the program.
Establish and maintain frameworks, tools, processes, and best practices for change management and stakeholder engagement.
Lead stakeholder identification, prioritization, engagement, and feedback processes.
Develop and coordinate communication plans, campaigns, messaging, and stakeholder-specific communications.
Ensure communication governance, consistency, quality, and alignment across all NewGen initiatives.
Support executive communications, governance materials, newsletters, and stakeholder briefings.
Build and manage change networks, communities, and change agent engagement models.
Partner with project teams and leadership to integrate change, communication, and stakeholder activities into program delivery.
Define, monitor, and continuously improve measures for engagement, communication effectiveness, and adoption.
Qualifications:
Proven expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational adoption.
Strong experience in strategic communications and communication campaign management.
Knowledge of community and network development in transformation programs.
Ability to facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagements, and collaborative sessions.
Experience supporting governance communications and executive presentations.
Understanding of program and project management environments.
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
Strong stakeholder orientation with the ability to build trust and credibility.
Structured, analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with high ownership and accountability.
Ability to operate effectively in complex, cross-functional transformation environments.
