The Opportunity
We have an exciting, 12-month fixed term contract opportunity for a Change Management Analyst based in our Sydney office. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the Amplify enterprise transformation program driving the transformation of our end-to-end business processes and ways of working enabled by new SAP S/4HANA cloud technology.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting change management planning and execution across global teams
- Assisting with stakeholder mapping, engagement, and readiness activities
- Coordinating change management deliverables and go-live support
- Supporting the development and delivery of training programs and materials
- Monitoring business readiness and reporting on change and training effectiveness
- Managing change tasks and reporting in program reporting tools

About You
To add value in this role, you’ll bring:
- 2–3 years’ experience in change management or business analysis, ideally in IT implementations
- Knowledge of change management principles and frameworks
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to analyse processes and identify change impacts
- Experience working in fast-paced, complex environments
- ERP experience (highly desirable but not essential)
Understanding of IT system development lifecycle and project coordination
