We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people adapt to change and adopt new ways of working. In this role, you will play a key part in driving organizational change initiatives related to AI tools, automation, and ServiceNow (SNOW) workflows. You will use data and employee feedback to understand adoption trends, identify barriers to change, and develop strategies that help teams successfully transition to new processes and technologies.
This role is ideal for someone with a Business Analyst or Change Management mindset who enjoys working at the intersection of people, process, and technology. You will help ensure that new solutions are not only implemented but embraced and effectively used across the organization.
Role and Responsibilities
Support Change Initiatives: Partner with different teams to plan and execute change management activities that drive successful adoption of new technologies, processes, and ways of working.
Analyze Business Processes: Assess current workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI, automation, and process optimization.
Measure Adoption and Engagement: Develop and analyze adoption metrics, dashboards, and reports to understand user engagement and identify areas requiring additional support.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work with business teams, managers, and project stakeholders to understand concerns, gather feedback, and ensure organizational readiness for change.
ServiceNow & Process Support: Utilize ServiceNow (SNOW) to support workflow improvements, track implementation activities, and gather insights into process performance.
Training and Enablement: Create user guides, training materials, and communication plans that help employees understand and adopt new tools and processes.
Change Communications: Develop clear and compelling communications that explain the purpose, benefits, and impact of organizational changes.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor adoption outcomes, collect feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and long-term sustainability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with project managers, technical teams, and business leaders to align change management activities with project objectives and timelines.
Qualifications and Education RequirementsStrong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience supporting organizational change, technology adoption, process improvement, training, or business analysis initiatives.
Experience or comfort working with ServiceNow (SNOW), including reviewing workflows, tracking requests, and generating reports.
Ability to analyze data and trends using tools such as Excel or reporting platforms to measure adoption and identify improvement opportunities.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with enthusiasm for helping others adopt new solutions.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change through collaboration rather than authority.
