Change Management Analyst
Location: Columbus, OH office (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)
The Change Management Analyst is responsible for enabling the execution of the Enterprise Change Management strategy through helping with integrated communication, training, and change activities. This role supports the implementation of enterprise-wide change methodology by partnering across program teams to help the change team design and deliver communications, training, and engagement activities that build awareness, readiness, and adoption. The analyst works across implementation areas to assess change impacts, develop targeted enablement strategies, and monitor stakeholder adoption, while leveraging strong business judgment and communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
In addition to being highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, this candidate must possess the strong business judgment and interpersonal skills needed to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Essential Functions
Responsible for working with Change Management Lead, consulting partners and program teams to support execution of integrated change, communication, and training strategies, including change plans, stakeholder analysis, communication and training plans, measurement, leader enablement, and change network coordination.
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including leaders, project teams and end-users, to build alignment, gather input, and drive engagement across communication, training, and change activities.
Develop and deliver targeted communication materials and training content (e.g., presentations, job aids, learning resources, and engagement materials) to effectively inform and enable stakeholders throughout the change journey.
Collaborate with project teams in partnership with Change Lead to translate change impacts into communication and training strategies that address business challenges and support adoption.
Identify and support the continued maintenance of change impacts to inform critical change deliverables including coordinating with SMEs for input and validation.
Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative metrics (including training participation, communication effectiveness, and adoption data) to assess readiness and adoption and recommend mitigation strategies to address gaps. Identify additional opportunities to gather metrics.
Support identification of resistance areas and contribute to mitigation strategies through targeted communications, training interventions, and stakeholder engagement approaches.
Assist in developing, coordinating and executing engagement events to build understanding and future adoption.
Maintain accurate records of change management and training activities, progress and outcomes and track activities for project/program teams.
Support execution and coordination of major change activities across programs and projects (e.g., communication deployment, training logistics, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement tracking).
Build relationships with peers across projects to learn from each other; leverage existing opportunities to combine messaging in existing communications and engagement activities
Required Qualifications for the Position
Bachelor's Degree
1-3 years experience in change management-related programs (stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, digital communication and engagement, training support and business readiness) or other highly valuable or relevant experience.
Change Management Expertise
Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Technical Skills
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
Other Requirements
Ability to travel up to 25%

Instructional Design Certifications
Experience using video editing software
Experience using training development tools such as Captivate, Articulate
Knowledge of Instructional Design methodologies, tools, and best practices

Salary Range*:
$69,900.00 - $105,000.00*The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, job-related knowledge, and relevant experience, as well as internal pay equity.
