  • Be the liaison between Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Suppliers to minimize disruption, control costs, and maintain product integrity during changes.
  • Create detailed CN implementation plans, including material disposition, inventory management, and supplier readiness.
  • Track progress & communicate: Monitor CN status, report to stakeholders/business units, and escalate risks as needed.
  • Define performance & accountability: Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure throughput, cycle time, quality, and cost impacts; drive accountability across teams.
  • Serve as SAP SME across ERP modules (IBP, S/4HANA, PPDS, etc.); provide day-to-day support, resolve issues, and ensure system stability.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend SAP solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs; champion automation and SAP best practices.
  • Enable users: Create user guides and deliver training sessions for SAP end-users to ensure adoption and sustained performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years in SAP roles with hands-on experience in S/4HANA, PPDS, IBP (planning), and cross-functional process enablement.
  • Proven ownership of Engineering Change (CN) processes and material master governance in complex manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated success coordinating across Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Suppliers to execute changes with minimal disruption.
  • Strong program/project management skills (roadmaps, RAID logs, stakeholder communications).
  • Fluency in KPI design and dashboarding (e.g., Power BI) and data-driven continuous improvement.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication; ability to translate business needs into practical SAP solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP certifications (e.g., S/4HANA, IBP, PPDS) or equivalent demonstrable expertise.
  • Experience implementing CN workflows and change control governance at scale.
  • Background in supplier readiness, inventory/material disposition, and cost-control during engineering changes.

What We Do

The kitchen. It’s the gathering space, the soul of the home, where cooks exercise their creativity on responsive appliances, and guests savor the finer things of life.

Sub-Zero founder Westye F. Bakke built his first freestanding freezer out of scrap metal in his basement, bending the coils bare-handed. In 1945, he launched Sub-Zero Freezer Company, introducing the first system for preserving food at ultra-low temperatures - literally sub-zero. The company would quickly establish a reputation for quality and innovation. With a desire to build the best, Sub-Zero has always set its sights higher. Our products are built in our own American facilities where we can control every step of the manufacturing process. The materials are premium grade, the technologies state of the art, and the craftsmanship of the highest caliber. Over the years, the legendary reliability of our appliances has given our customers the confidence to invest not merely in a kitchen that meets their needs, but one that fulfills their highest aspirations in both function and design, and brings them a lifetime of satisfaction.
