About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Technical Implementation Consultant to support the Complex Implementation team within Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL), part of Enterprise Functions. This role plays a critical part in delivering complex client and product implementations by partnering across business, technology, and compliance teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable navigating multiple systems, and energized by driving process improvements in a dynamic, change-focused environment.

In this role, you will:
- Participate in less complex initiatives and identify, and implement opportunities for new processes to support requirements within change implementation
- Review basic knowledge transfer, data mapping, and account movement while exercising independent judgment to guide strategic initiatives that impact multiple systems
- Identify, and provide effective training methods
- Participate in process improvement or product development and enhancement activities
- Present recommendations for resolving data, logistics, project support issues, and exercise independent judgment while developing experience in risk and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, management, technology, and compliance
- 2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience reading and analyzing industry standard file formats, specifically as relates to payment processing (i.e. EDI, XML, etc.)
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint Online, and Connexion
- Experience reading and analyzing EDI, Flat File, BAI, MOD NACHA, and other industry standard file formats
- Experience in Data Analysis, UAT/QA Testing, and SDLC
- Experience with mainframe processing (TSO, CICS), including running and monitoring jobs
- Experience creating file translation mapping documentation and/or detailed functional requirements
- Exposure to Receivables Manager customer implementations
- Proven experience in problem solving, attention to detail, and root cause analysis in a technical environment
- Experience as a liaison between sales/product & development teams
- Position will report to one of the posted locations per Enterprise/LOB guidance on a hybrid 3 days per week schedule. You must live in the market of this posting or move there prior to starting the job.

- Normal business hours, with the exception of off-hour availability as needed to support critical issue resolution or installations into production
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$68,000.00 - $114,000.00
