About the position
The Change Experience, Engagement & Learning (CE&L) team within Roche Informatics is passionate about the people-side of change and drives holistic technology change experiences for Roche employees. This ensures the investments we make in tools and technology are realized when people can adopt them successfully.
The Change Experience Lead is responsible for leading Organisational change management planning and the successful adoption of Informatics products and solutions. As a member of a dynamic and globally-focused team, the Change Experience Lead will leverage their understanding of business needs and our affiliate experience to effectively plan for and manage change initiatives.
Your key responsibilities:
Communication Strategy & Execution
-
Create communications & communication strategies as needed to inform and empower the impacted audience to adopt IT driven changes.

Partner with key senior stakeholders globally to influence organizational behavior change and compliance.

Regularly use ingenuity and innovation to create effective communications campaigns addressing complex topics
-
Identify and implement ways to simplify and streamline communications processes
-
Partner with key business stakeholders on function-specific communication strategy as needed for complex IT changes
-
Advise on project, portfolio and annual communication plans with optimal channel and media mix to keep IT and business groups informed

Fulfills end to end end-user communication strategy

Oversees execution of communication plan
Change Management Strategy

Apply Organisational change management concepts to high impact communication plans that involve individual and organizational behavior change

Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders on communication strategies

Identify and manage anticipated resistance to communication plans
-
Build awareness and inspire change adoption and change advocacy across all Informatics users and stakeholder groups in engaging ways

Provide strategic direction for content/topics of IT Training at Informatics
Consultation & Business Partnership

Act as a partner to Domain Lead/Product Line Lead/ Large scale project

Consult and provide input to Product Roadmaps
-
Advise on Resource Management within the Domain/ Product Line, in order to achieve efficiencies and synergies
Change Teamwork

Partner with other complementing teams, in order to secure most efficient ways of working (e.g. UX, Partnering, Engagement) and understand the big picture

Share knowledge within the team (Section/ Cluster/ others)

Advise on timing of solution deployment to align with key business cycles and other communications efforts
Your qualifications and experience:
Capabilities/Skills

Highly effective at building relationships, teams and collaborating with others. Ability to inspire, engage and leverage a diverse workforce, including contractors, employees and consultants.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, present complex and/or new ideas with clarity and simplicity.

Outstanding project management skills and ability to flex and multitask in a shifting environment. Takes a proactive approach to anticipating needs and leads with recommendations.

Expertise in business partnering and consulting to determine client/customer needs and build effective relationships.

Knowledge of emerging and evolving technologies. Ability to understand technical jargon and distill into simple user facing communications & learning

Knowledge and experience working with Organisational change management practices and instructional design methodologies

Experience in working according to Agile methodologies.

English working proficiency.

BA/BS degree (required)
-
Master’s degree or equivalent education/work experience in a related field (preferred)
-
At least five years of relevant experience in Organisational change management.
