The Position

The Change Experience, Engagement & Learning (CEEL) team within Roche Informatics is passionate about the people-side of change and drives holistic technology change experiences for Roche employees. This ensures the investments we make in tools and technology are realized when people can adopt them successfully.

The Opportunity:

The Change Experience Intern will support change management activities and the successful adoption of Informatics products and solutions. As a member of a dynamic and globally-focused team, the Junior Change Experience Intern will gain an understanding of the business needs and our affiliate experience to effectively plan for and support change initiatives.

  • Supporting the design, development, and implementation of change management strategies, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training.

  • Planning, assessing, and monitoring organizational readiness (e.g. change impact analysis, role mapping, etc.).

  • Ensuring the organizational readiness as defined by organizational goals and objectives.

  • Developing and executing communications tactics and tools and plans to ensure consistent, timely, and relevant messaging with affected stakeholders.

  • Supporting the development of content and materials used to support various communications and engagement activities.

  • Assessing training needs, developing and supporting training plans, and coordinating with internal and external partners on the development and delivery of training programs.

  • Tracking delivery against the roadmap, anticipating and addressing potential barriers (risks & issues).

Who you are:

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Organizational Development, Marketing, Organizational Communications, Business Psychology, or a related field (preferred).

  • Prior internship experience or equivalent, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build relationships, collaborate, and consult effectively.

  • Familiarity with emerging technologies, able to simplify technical jargon into user-focused communications and training materials.

  • A proactive self-starter who can independently manage multiple tasks, adapt to ambiguity, and embrace challenges with a "can-do" attitude.

  • Comfortable questioning the status quo, embracing new ways of working, and thriving under pressure while being flexible and adaptable.

  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Cornerstone (LMS), video production, and graphic design tools; English working proficiency.

Additional information:

  • This position is a 8 or 12 months internship (full-time 35 hours per week) and is expected to begin in January 2026

  • Position based in Mississauga, ON. 

  • Our team follows a hybrid work structure (minimum 3 days in the office per week).
