The People Communications Coordinator supports the delivery of clear, engaging, and consistent People communications across the Group. The role translates People initiatives, policies, programmes, and change activities into accessible communications that drive understanding, adoption, and engagement, while supporting the employer brand and employee value proposition (EVP).
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver communication plans for People initiatives, policies, programmes, and change projects.
- Create clear, engaging content and communication materials, including toolkits, guides, presentations, FAQs, and campaigns.
- Partner with HR, Change, Internal Communications, and divisional teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
- Support employer brand and EVP storytelling across the employee lifecycle.
- Maintain communication and engagement calendars aligned to business priorities.
- Support change initiatives through communication planning, stakeholder engagement, readiness activities, and adoption tracking.
- Monitor feedback and communication effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Degree, diploma, or national certificate in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience
- Up to 5 years' relevant experience.
- At least 4 years' experience in internal communications, HR/People communications, change communications, or a similar role.
- Experience supporting organisational or People change initiatives.
