The Change and Adoption Lead is responsible for driving organizational readiness, user adoption, and sustainable change. This role develops and executes change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, and adoption activities that help teams and clients successfully embrace new AI-enabled processes, tools, and ways of working.
Essential Functions and Primary Duties
- Develop and lead change management and adoption strategies for AI engagements, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training support.
- Partner with business leaders, project teams, and peer functions to assess readiness and address barriers to adoption.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to support smooth transitions from design through implementation and sustainment.
- Recommend and document policies, procedures, and change practices that improve organizational effectiveness.
- Support project planning and execution using Traditional and Agile SDLC methodologies and collaboration tools such as VSTS and Jira.
- Monitor adoption outcomes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend corrective actions where needed.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels to build understanding, commitment, and alignment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading organizational change, communications, training, or adoption initiatives for digital or AI transformations.
- Knowledge of change management frameworks, user readiness assessment, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Experience developing executive communications, training materials, and adoption metrics.
- Familiarity with responsible AI considerations and the people impact of emerging technology adoption.
- Relevant certifications in project management, change management, or organizational development preferred.
- Experience supporting change efforts in regulated or healthcare-related environments preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- At least 6 years of related experience required
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience required
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, or Management Information Systems is preferred
- PMP preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, policies, and procedures
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with business stakeholders and leaders, IT project planning, delivery, and execution using Traditional and Agile SDLC methodologies
- Experience with VSTS, Jira, and/or other team/project collaboration tools
- Ability to work in and lead a team, while communicating and coordinating with peer teams
- Ability to formulate, document and recommend new policies and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
- Ability to travel as required by business and on-call availability
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Skills Required
