Join us as a Change Analyst, where you’ll you’ll help our people and teams navigate change with clarity and confidence. This is your opportunity to make a real contribution to the financial wellbeing of millions of Australians.

Working across technology, business, people and product initiatives, you’ll translate complex change into practical actions that support successful delivery and lasting adoption.

You’ll partner with delivery teams, leaders and stakeholders across agile, waterfall and lean projects. With exposure to multiple programs of work, this is an opportunity to build your change capability while contributing to initiatives that make a real difference across Rest.

What you’ll be doing

You will be working closely with the Senior Change Manager, internal stakeholders and other project resources.

  • Assess how proposed changes may affect our people, teams and ways of working
  • Clarify the roles and expectations of change sponsors, delivery teams and impacted employees
  • Help leaders and project teams identify what success looks like
  • Develop and deliver change impact assessments, communication plans and engagement activities
  • Support training planning and delivery
  • Complete business readiness assessments and support transitions into business as usual
  • Deliver meaningful change insights, analysis and reporting
  • Help strengthen change management knowledge and capability across Rest

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience supporting change initiatives involving culture, behaviour, organisational design or organisational development
  • Experience delivering change within agile projects
  • The ability to build strong relationships with project stakeholders
  • Confidence working in a fast-moving and complex environment
  • Strong communication, analysis and planning skills
  • Proficiency across Microsoft applications, including generative AI tools such as Copilot
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence and SharePoint
  • A relevant qualification in business, change management, project management, quality or a related discipline is desirable
