The Projects

Fashion

Support key retail and client experience initiatives across Hong Kong and Macau, including mapping the end-to-end after-sales journey, identifying improvement opportunities, and enhancing engagement with retail teams. Contribute to change management and capability building projects, such as launching new frameworks, revamping internal communications, and supporting digital tools adoption, while gaining hands-on exposure to elevating luxury client experience and retail effectiveness.

Finance

Help our team improve efficiency and compliance through analytics automation, supplier risk assessments, and internal audits, strengthening data accuracy, governance, and risk management across operations.

           

HR

Assist in creating engaging multimedia content on our internal platform to enhance employee experience, boost platform usage, and improve knowledge sharing through storytelling, interviews, and digital content production.

Retail Marketing

Support execution of major brand events, coordinating stakeholders and partners while gaining hands-on exposure to delivering impactful customer experiences and adapting to dynamic marketing needs.

Internship Details

This is a paid internship running from June 2026 to August 2026.

We welcome students in tertiary education and/or fresh graduates who are passionate about the luxury retail world and want to contribute to the above projects.
