Responsibilities
- At least one of the following areas of expertise, and interest in learning the others:
- Creating hair simulation rigs.
- Creating cloth simulation rigs.
- Creating muscle, flesh, skin and fat simulation rigs.
- Creating high quality cloth, hair and skin simulations & correctives for shot work in production.
- Marvelous Designer experience is a plus.
- Grooming experience is a plus.
- Is involved in the development of departmental tools and techniques.
- Works within the established pipeline.
- Keeps up on current artistic methodologies and technology trends that best suit the production and the company in the development of a stronger creative and technical environment.
- Collaborates with other team members when necessary.
- Follows the Supervisor’s and Lead´s guidance.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in VFX or animation industries.
- At least 1 year of experience in the animation industry.
- Houdini knowledge is a must.
- Strong artistic or/and technical aptitude related to 3D animation is a must.
- Medium-high English level.
- Spanish desirable.
