Finance - Corporate Facility Services Intern
Key responsibilities:
Property & Infrastructure Function
- Engage potential Real Estate / Office Space to support Business's needs.
General Services Function
- Assist and maintain the process of ID & access card data registration.
- Assist and maintain the process of parking membership registration.
- Assist the internal event permit through coordination with related stakeholders.
- Assist employee reimbursement process.
- Assist and ensure vendor's invoice administration is complete for payment through coordination with related stakeholders.
- Maintain Office Supplies through periodical check.
- Maintain Tools and Cleaning Chemicals through periodical check.
- Support Corporate Facility Services initiatives or projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Final year or bachelor's degree from Business Administration / Law / Psychology / Management / Civil Engineering.
- Good communication and coordination skills with proficiency in English and Indonesia.
- Able to work independently and in a team, while juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop.
