CFO/VP-Finance & Accounts

We are seeking a strategic and result-driven finance leader to head the Finance & Accounts function. The role involves overseeing financial planning, compliance, reporting, and driving business growth through strong financial governance in a B2C environment (Automobile / FMCG).

1.Strategic Financial Leadership

Proven ability in financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting Strong business acumen with experience influencing leadership decisions Expertise in driving profitability, cost optimization, and growth initiatives

2. Accounting, Taxation & Compliance

Deep knowledge of financial reporting (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) Strong expertise in GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliance Hands-on experience managing GST filings (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C) and audits

3.Treasury & Cash Flow Management

Strong experience in cash flow, fund management, and working capital optimization Ability to manage banking relationships, financing, and liquidity planning

4. Governance, Risk & Controls

Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management frameworks, and corporate governance Experience in handling statutory and internal audits

5. Systems & Analytics

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally) Advanced Excel and financial analytics capability Ability to drive data-driven decision-making through MIS and dashboards

6. Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Proven track record in leading large finance teams Strong stakeholder management (Board, investors, auditors, banks) Excellent communication and presentation skills

Good to have

1. Industry & Scale Exposure

Experience in B2C industries (Automobile / FMCG preferred) Exposure to high-growth or large-scale organizations (₹300 Cr+ turnover)

2.Advanced Finance & Strategy

Experience in fundraising, investor relations, and M&A activities Exposure to IPO readiness or private equity environments Strong background in FP&A and business partnering

3. Digital & Transformation

Experience in finance transformation initiatives Knowledge of automation tools, RPA, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Exposure to digital finance and ERP implementation projects

4. Regulatory & Global Exposure

Familiarity with Ind AS / IFRS reporting Exposure to multi-location or international operations Experience in advanced tax planning or litigation

Roles & Responsibilities

1.Financial Strategy & Leadership

Define and drive the overall financial strategy aligned with business goals Partner with CEO/Board to support strategic decision-making and growth plans Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

2. Financial Reporting & Compliance

Oversee accurate and timely financial statement preparation Ensure full compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory requirements Supervise GST filings and manage audit processes (GST & statutory)
