We are looking for the CFO for Central Asia & Caucasus (CA & CAU) serves as a strategic business partner, driving financial performance, governance, risk management, and sustainable value creation across the markets. The role provides leadership for all finance-related activities, ensuring robust financial stewardship, compliance, operational excellence, and informed decision-making to support business growth and long-term success.

Job Description

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Leading business planning, financial reporting processes and financial forecasts
  • Manage the execution of regional / Cluster strategies and develop strategic long-term financial and business plans
  • Manage financial performance, monitor business performance against set objectives and take corrective measures, as required
  • Engage proactively in external and commercial activities with the objective of driving growth, productivity and efficiency for the business
  • Provide well managed and quality financial analysis and technical / analytical support to the business, effective financial critical information and prepare various high level management reports on a monthly, quarterly and/or annual basis
  • Lead the implementation of risk management processes, financial compliance and controls and manage the correct and timely implementation/ compliance of/ for financial, purchasing and control processes and policies
  • Manage and integrate services delivered to the organization (define processes, agree and track SLAs) and provide expert advice and financial support to multiple countries
  • Strong understanding of accounting is required, including experience managing an FRA team or working closely with FRA processes and activities.
  • Key Performance Indicator(s): Target Achievement of Sales, TFC and Consolidated Gross Income, Accuracy of Forecasts compared to Actuals, Working Capital ratios achieved, Compliance of financial processes
