The CFM International Inc. Services Finance Manager/Accounting Director will be responsible for supporting all of the aftermarket finance activities for the joint venture. This individual will partner cross-functionally to provide insights and strategic financial support that helps drive business decisions and optimizes financial performance. Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the aftermarket aspects of the CFM International Inc. joint venture, working closely with your counterpart who supports the new equipment activities. You will also interact regularly with both of the JV parent entities, GE and Safran.
- Requires strong financial acumen and is expected to influence the development of strategy within own area, including action plans to improve profitability and/or cash generation.
- This is a customer-facing role. Candidate must be able to lead functional teams or projects, communicate difficult concepts, and guide others to consider a different point of view.
- Impacts the team’s ability to achieve service, quality, and timeliness of objectives. Work is subject to functional policy objectives. Regularly advises management in the function and/or in the business. Has a supportive role in decision making about important subjects. High levels of evaluative judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.
- Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems that impact the function. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
