Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, fast-moving Workforce Management Analyst to support our growing Professional Services organization. In this role, you’ll help keep our delivery engine running by creating resource requests, maintaining accurate project staffing data, and providing reporting that helps leadership make smart, timely decisions. You’ll work closely with sales, delivery, and operations leadership, so strong communication skills and comfort with change are a must.

Primary Responsibilities
- Create and maintain resource requests (RRs) in Certinia PSA to support project staffing needs.
- Update resource assignments, timelines, availability, and skill information.
- Flag scheduling conflicts, availability concerns, and timeline changes early.
- Manage resource skill sets
- Run utilization, allocation, and staffing reports to assess progress and identify gaps.
- Support data audits by validating hours, assignments, and project records.
- Escalate discrepancies to the Workforce Manager for correction and alignment.
- Work with sales and delivery leaders to confirm timelines, staffing changes, and new project needs.
- Communicate updates clearly and promptly to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate Chatter notes and documentation for transparency across teams.
- Assist with project adjustments when timelines shift, change orders are issued, or additional resourcing is required.
- Help maintain resource skill profiles and related data for better staffing decisions.
- Support user access, permission set updates, and basic license tasks under manager guidance.
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Solid communication and follow-through with internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with comfort in interpreting reports and spotting early trends.
- Experience with Certinia PSA (FinancialForce) or Salesforce.com is essential, as this platform is used for all workforce management activities.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets preferred.
- Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team.
