What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the Certinia platform, provide reliable day-to-day support, and contribute to its longer-term improvement. The ideal candidate will bring practical experience, challenge inefficient processes, and recommend effective solutions based on platform capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and configure Salesforce and Certinia PSA.
- Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, security, and access.
- Configure Certinia PSA to support projects, resources, assignments, time entry, utilization, and related operational processes.
- Build and maintain Salesforce Flows, reports, dashboards, validation rules, and other platform automation.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing user support.
- Manage sandbox testing, release activities, and production deployments.
- Monitor data quality and implement appropriate platform controls.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual work, and improve platform adoption.
- Maintain platform documentation and provide user guidance and training.
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
- Practical experience administering and configuring Certinia PSA, formerly FinancialForce PSA.
- Experience managing Salesforce security, permissions, profiles, and user access.
- Experience building Salesforce Flows, reports, and dashboards.
- Knowledge of sandbox management, testing, release management, and production support.
- Experience supporting a Professional Services or project-based organization.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with US and Global teams.
Preferred qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator.
- Certinia PSA certification.
- Five or more years of relevant Salesforce, Certinia, consulting, or platform administration experience.
- Experience with project financials, resource management, utilization, time entry, and operational reporting.
- Previous experience implementing or improving Salesforce and Certinia solutions.
