Certified Pre-Owned Analyst
Description
This role is categorized as HYBRID . This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM - Cadillac Tower three times per week, at minimum.
This job is NOT eligible for relocation benefits. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.
The Certified Preowned Analyst role has responsibility to as a specialist on the Used Vehicle Market including product, customer, and competition in the segment. The CPO Analyst will be a subject matter expert and point of contact for all things related to Certified Pre-Owned program guidelines, processes, and inventory systems.
Role Responsibilities
- Track, analyze, and develop business process for Certified Pre-Owned vehicles delivered by dealers with open field actions while providing report analysis to the federal monitor, legal, audit, internal sales, warranty, field and brand teams while managing the violation process with dealer offenses.
- Ensure program standards are enforced and met by participating dealers while conducting and overseeing the audit compliancy process with the supplier, internal operations team, brands team, and Pre-Owned Performance Managers.
- CPO business team lead for the Dealer Business Center Call Center for the CPO dealers.
- Develop processes and develop strategy to streamline effective resolutions and aid our dealers involving monitoring and analyzing the activities including call volume, open cases and override approvals etc.
- Execution and management of the CPO sales incentives programs with dealer communication, sales tracking, and data reporting.
- Develop and implement the CSI PDS CPO survey to gain consumer insight and enhance the customer experience during the CPO purchase process.
- Responsible for execution and management of the CPO sales incentive programs with dealer communications, sales tracking, and data reporting.
- Run the CPO weekly team status meeting and take corresponding notes.
- Work with our suppliers like Bi Worldwide, Maritz, ACV, etc. on various projects.
- Responsible for authoring and distributing direct communications to Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC dealers as it relates to the Certified Pre-Owned program and initiatives.
- Conduct one-on-one training with dealership personnel on the Certified Pre-Owned program initiatives and the Certified Pre-Owned Inventory System (CPOIS).
- Run miscellaneous reports:
- Late deliveries
- Legal issues/requests
Additional Description
Role Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related areas
- 2+ years experience
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects in a fast-paced environment and must be able to work under pressure
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Suite, scheduling, internet, Outlook, and knowledge of SharePoint)
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently
- High level of integrity
