We are looking for an experienced CEO Project Manager to partner directly with the Group CEO and drive the execution of high-priority initiatives across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the center of decision-making and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with a direct impact on the C-level agenda. The successful candidate will work closely with senior executives and the CEO’s Executive Assistant to ensure the effective execution of strategic priorities and the CEO’s agenda.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s operating rhythm and executive agenda from a business perspective
Oversee and drive strategic initiatives sponsored by the CEO
Prepare executive briefings, presentations, decision-making materials, and progress reports
Coordinate and align stakeholders across business units and leadership teams
Monitor initiative progress, identify risks, and proactively support issue resolution
Ensure effective communication and follow-through on key strategic priorities

What We Are Looking For
8+ years of experience in project, program, or transformation management
Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on execution mindset
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
Experience working closely with senior executives in complex, matrix organizations
Previous consulting experience and corporate project management expertise will be an asset
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be considered an advantage
Fluency in both English and Polish is required
