The Role
- Strategic Program Management:
- Drive and monitor company-wide strategic and technical initiatives owned by the CEO Office.
- Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
- Stay Track Progress against OKRs, Key Deliverables and performance dashboards.
- Cross Functional Coordination:
- Act as the bridge between the CEO and business/technical heads for follow-ups, reviews, and decision support.
- Facilitate inter-departmental alignment to remove execution bottlenecks.
- Prepare and manage CEO review materials, dashboards and status reports.
- Execution and Governance:
- Establish and manage governance mechanisms for project monitoring, reporting, and escalations.
- Review project plans, technical requirements, and operational metrics.
- Support the CEO in critical business reviews, board presentations, and investor updates
