About the Role
We are hiring for a CEO Office Manager to support the CEO Office team in executing strategic priorities across multiple functions and business units. This role sits at the center of the organization, driving high-impact initiatives and ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
Job Description:
- Conduct data analysis and market/industry research to support strategic decision-making
- Develop strategic initiatives and translate them into actionable execution plans
- Monitor and track the implementation of key projects and company-wide initiatives
- Evaluate outcomes, identify gaps, and continuously refine strategies to improve performance
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in management consulting or a relevant strategy/operations role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into action
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
