Med4All, backed by CHAG (Christian Health Association of Ghana) and PharmAccess, leverages digital technology to enhance procurement, inventory financing, and distribution, ensuring that essential medicines reach over 350 hospitals and clinics across the country.

This innovative platform introduces smart inventory financing, pooled procurement, and advanced quality control mechanisms to streamline the supply chain, reduce costs, and increase transparency. By optimizing logistics and aggregating demand, Med4All creates a more efficient and accountable medicine market, significantly improving healthcare outcomes in Ghana.

• Oversee financial performance, ensuring long-term viability.
• Optimize and scale Med4All’s digital supply chain platform.
• Implement innovative quality control mechanisms to enhance medicine reliability and affordability.
• Advocate for policy reforms and regulatory improvements to support Med4All’s mission.
• Ensure continuous technological improvement of the platform to meet the evolving market needs.

Your Background Includes

• Proven entrepreneurial experience—ideally in supply chain, health tech, or related sectors.
• Strong business acumen with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, from government agencies to investors.
• Experience scaling startups or social enterprises.

• Deep understanding of supply chain logistics, procurement, and digital health solutions.
