Marsh McLennan Denmark is seeking a visionary and dynamic CEO to drive our strategic direction and make a significant impact in a rapidly evolving industry. As CEO, you will have the authority to shape the future of Marsh and Mercer is Denmark, influencing our strategic initiatives and driving the company’s growth trajectory.

Our Marsh and Mercer businesses have 140 colleagues in Denmark and €multi-million revenues. As part of a global leader Marsh McLennan, you will have access to a vast network of resources, expertise, and best practices, helping you leverage global insights to enhance local operations.

We will count on you to:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the strategic plan for Marsh McLennan Denmark, focusing on sustainable growth, client profitability, and market leadership.
• Client Engagement: Strengthen relationships with existing clients and drive new business development initiatives to expand the client base and increase revenue streams.
• Talent Management: Attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Financial Performance: Ensure the achievement of financial targets, including double-digit top-line growth and improved profitability across all segments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the European leadership team and other stakeholders to align strategies and share best practices across the organization.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee the implementation of operational models that enhance efficiency and service delivery across all business segments, including Risk Management, Corporate, and Consulting.

What you need to have: 

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the insurance, risk management, or consulting sectors.
• Strong understanding of the Danish market and regulatory environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and profitability.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a focus on building high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.
