Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, itineraries)
  • Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, respond or prioritize as needed.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and briefing materials.
  • Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support in organizing company events, board meetings, and executive sessions.
  • Manage personal tasks for the CEO when required (appointments, reservations, etc)
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Assist in basic project coordination and follow-ups across departments.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
  • 1-3 years in a similar role.
