As the Speechwriter and Executive Communications Lead, you will play a strategic and hands-on role shaping the voice and visibility of our CEO. You’ll craft compelling narratives and create high-impact content that brings to life Sanofi’s vision, values, and strategy for a wide range of internal and external audiences.

Main responsibilities:
Create and craft exceptional, original content in a variety of formats (speeches, social media, video scripts, thought leadership pieces) that reflects the CEO’s tone, presence, and Sanofi’s voice.
Support high-stakes moments, including major internal events, company milestones, industry forums and financial results—ensuring consistent and compelling messaging.
Design and deliver innovative and engaging communication formats and channels—from short videos and avatars to panels and digital-first content.
Contribute to the definition of the CEO’s communications and engagement roadmap in alignment with the company’s strategic priorities.
About you
Native written and verbal communication skills in English. French is a plus.
Background in Communications, Public Relations, and/or Public Affairs will be an advantage
Trusted advisor to Executive leadership, with a strong ability to craft compelling messaging, shape public perception, and align communication initiatives with business objectives at the highest level.
Exceptional ability to turn complex ideas into simple, human, and strategic storytelling for diverse audiences.
Fast-thinking and detail-focused, with a gift for capturing tone and nuance under pressure.
Experienced working across multiple stakeholders, including C-suite executives and global cross-functional teams.
Deep interest in corporate strategy, innovation, global healthcare challenges, and internal dynamics of a large, complex organization.
Ability to juggle competing priorities while maintaining high-quality output, demonstrating unquestionable integrity with experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
