About the role

We are looking for a CEO / Co-founder to lead the creation of a new AI-driven startup focused on healthcare and medtech.

This is a hands-on founder role, not a corporate management position.

This role offers a rare and exciting opportunity to take a leading position in building a startup from the ground up. You will step in at the earliest stage of the venture and help turn an initial concept into a scalable business, directly shaping both the product and the organization around it.

Within our venture building model, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership. You will be expected not only to contribute to the strategic vision but also to translate that vision into a clear roadmap and disciplined execution. This includes defining the value proposition, validating the business model, and iterating the product in close collaboration with technical and commercial stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will span the full spectrum of operations: from setting up core processes and performance metrics, through managing budgets and resources, to ensuring efficient day‑to‑day delivery. You will build, lead, and inspire a cross‑functional team, fostering a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement so that the venture can move quickly while maintaining high standards.

In this position, you will have a direct influence on strategic directions, including market prioritization, go‑to‑market strategy, and scaling. You will be expected to identify and unlock growth opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and represent the venture externally with investors, partners, and clients. The impact of your work will be highly visible and measurable, with traction, revenue, and long‑term enterprise value.

Your responsibilities

As CEO / Co-founder, you will be responsible for:

  • Co-creating and leading the new startup,

  • Crafting the long-term vision and strategy of the company,

  • Leading the product development process in collaboration with engineering, AI, and healthcare design teams,

  • Stimulating revenue growth through sales strategies, partnerships, and expansion to new markets,

  • Building and leading a high-performing founding team,

  • Monitoring technological and market trends related to AI, automation, and the future of healthcare and medtech,

  • Managing the operational and financial aspects of the company,

  • Representing the startup in discussions with investors, healthcare institutions, and ecosystem partners.

Who we are looking for (Must-have)
  • At least 3+ years of proven track record of leadership experience in a startup environment,

  • At least 3+ years of experience in healthcare or medtech,

  • Experience building projects, products, or startups from scratch,

  • Strong understanding of current technology and AI trends in the context of healthcare and medtech,

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership attitude,

  • Proven ability to identify market opportunities and translate them into product or business ideas,

  • Strong networking and business development capabilities within the health or medtech sector,

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,

  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, early-stage environments,

  • Knowledge of project management and process design,

  • C1+ level of spoken and written English,

  • C1+ level of spoken and written Polish.

Nice to have
  • Experience working with AI or implementing AI-based solutions in healthcare or medtech contexts,

  • Experience in digital health platforms, remote patient monitoring, or digital transformation of clinical workflows,

  • Experience collaborating with technical teams building adaptive or AI-powered health products,

  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and frameworks (e.g. MDR, FDA, CE marking, HIPAA),

  • Previous involvement in startup scaling or venture building environments within HealthTech or MedTech,

  • Experience in medtech companies.
