Aetherus is seeking an entrepreneurial CEO to join our mission of helping individuals with COPD live more active and fulfilling lives.
The Innovation:
Aetherus is at the forefront of developing a groundbreaking, non-pharmaceutical, non-invasive bilevel positive airway pressure technology. Our portable device provides immediate relief from breathlessness, empowering COPD patients to stay active, manage their condition effectively, and enhance their overall quality of life. This innovative solution not only alleviates dyspnea but also amplifies the effectiveness of existing treatments, addressing a crucial unmet need in the healthcare landscape.
Your Role as CEO:
As the CEO of Aetherus, you will be the driving force behind the development and execution of our business strategy. Supported by NLC Health Ventures, you’ll collaborate closely with our inventor team and strategic partners to bring this life-changing technology to market. We are looking for a dynamic leader with a passion for patient impact and a proven track record in the MedTech space.
Key Competencies:
- Fundraising Expertise: Demonstrated success in securing capital for MedTech ventures, with a focus on respiratory health.
- Health Product Experience: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with respiratory health products, including bilevel positive airway pressure devices, inhalers, or portable oxygen concentrators.
- Commercial Acumen: Comprehensive understanding of the U.S. and/or European healthcare system, particularly reimbursement strategies for respiratory health products and go-to-market approaches for home use devices.
