Other duties as assigned. Resolves any scheduling conflicts or issues promptly and efficiently. Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient records. Provides patients with information regarding their appointments and any necessary preparations. Demonstrates and promotes high standards for quality and productivity. Calls patients to complete appointment scheduling. Schedules patients for outpatient radiology, cardiology, and other hospital procedures. Collects and verifies demographic, insurance, and relevant clinical information. Verifies the accuracy of orders and scans them into the medical record.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:• Effective written and oral communication skills [Required]
