As an Analyst in the Centralized Research Group - Agency Screening, you will help manage a deal pipeline of Agency loans across the United States. You will review and input financial statements and rent rolls into Excel loan sizing templates, identify and analyze variances in property performance, and provide details to other Screeners. You will also complete preliminary Excel loan sizing templates, loan approval memos in Word, and Excel Agency affordability calculators. You will understand how Agency pricing works and assist other Screeners to provide indicative pricing in loan sizing templates. You will also understand how to update and manage a deal pipeline in Agency Lending's CLOSER loan origination system. You will manage expectations of bankers and other Screeners by providing accurate turnaround times for tasks. Lastly, you will conduct market research via online sources such as CoStar, Yardi, and Real Capital Analytics.
Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage a deal pipeline of Agency loans across the United States.
  • Review and input financial statements and rent rolls into Excel loan sizing templates.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills :

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience in commercial real estate including financial analysis. A background in Multifamily Agency lending.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills including ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Ability to work with other Screeners and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated with strong work ethic and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
