In your role as Central Workforce Content Specialist (m/f/d), you will support all communications to our Workforce Operations team, as well as execute an end-to-end communication strategy with the Workforce Growth team.

Job Description

  • Writing original copy for workforce communications, including newsletters, lifecycle comms, and engagement campaigns;
  • Proofreading and editing copy written by other stakeholders;
  • Developing creative ideas and concepts, working closely with local teams from both DE and NL markets;
  • Performing additional duties and support with other ad hoc campaigns;
  • Taking part in brainstorms with our Workforce Ops team;
  • Actively taking responsibility when needed, no matter the task.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely;
  • Business Fluent English
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
  • Ability to think critically under tight deadlines;
  • Copywriting experience;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment;
  • Strong work ethic and listening skills while also being able to tackle multiple projects at once;
  • Passion and skill for writing and communicating is a plus;
  • German speaking is a plus;
