Summary:
Obtains complete, accurate and relevant patient data for the purpose of accurately scheduling pre-admission testing, surgeries and procedures. Accurate and relevant patient and test data is obtained via telephone interviews.
Requirements:
High School graduate or equivalent. Knowledgeable and able to utilize Microsoft outlook (Office). Cerner and Meditech knowledge. Proficient in typing and utilizing multiple systems. Basic PC knowledge. Medical terminology. Previous healthcare scheduling experience preferred. Previous customer service experience preferred
