Our engineering, technical purchasing, and sales teams are located in Michigan fully supporting regional customers and providing local support for global projects.
Job Description
As a Central Sales Intern, you will have the opportunity to lead and support in a wide range of topics, including market volume projections, digitalization projects, and cross-divisional team coordination. The role requires a self-motivated individual with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills that can see a task to completion.
Additional responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with cross-divisional teams to collect data and information on customer projects, volumes, and timelines.
- Learn about the Bosch products and services that are in production and new technology solutions we are quoting for the future.
- Support the planning and coordination of onsite customer events in Farmington Hills, Plymouth, and/or Flat Rock as needed.
- Assist in data analysis and the creation of PowerBI reports for customer team reporting.
- Support the planning and coordination of onsite and virtual cross-divisional sales training sessions, as well as maintaining a customer team learning portal.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university
- Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in marketing, communications, or business with at least one semester completed
- Minimum of overall GPA of at least 3.0
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Well organized with outstanding communications skills, including strong written communications skills
- Independent worker that is self-motivated and takes initiative to drive results
- An ability to work in diverse and cross-functional teams
- An ability to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment
- Dependable with proficient attention to detail
- Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly
- Solid problem solving skills
