The Opportunity
Allegro is seeking a diligent and organized individual to join our operations team, playing a crucial role in the efficient and secure management of our receiving and scrap processes. This position is vital for ensuring the accuracy of incoming shipments, the proper handling of materials, and maintaining the integrity of our inventory and scrap areas. You will collaborate with various internal teams and external partners, contributing directly to our supply chain efficiency and operational security. What You Will Do
Manage Inbound Shipments: Verify the validity of Purchase Orders in the Oracle system. Accurately check actual items and quantities against invoices prior to accepting deliveries, ensuring all invoices are signed upon receipt.
Conduct Quality Control: Inspect the physical condition of all incoming shipments and submit Bad Order Reports when necessary.
Facilitate Internal Notifications: Submit all Jira AMPI Central Receiving Forms to respective end-users for their notification and approval. Post Jira barcoded label stickers for all non-stock items.
Oversee Scrap Material Handling: Be responsible for checking the daily collection of 4th Opt reject units from the Shipping-warehouse, Test, and Assembly EOL main, annex, and Building 2 areas.
Support Scrap Operations: Assist janitorial personnel in placing collected high-value scrap materials inside the designated scrap storage area.
Coordinate Scrap Sales: Assist 3rd party buyers twice a month with weighing high-value scrapped materials for sale and loading them into container vans using a forklift.
Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with IMPEX and Procurement personnel regarding purchase orders and lists of expected deliveries. Work closely with the Accounting team on Oracle transactions.
Ensure Security & Compliance: Be responsible for ensuring that Receiving and Scrap areas are secure and always locked.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Recommend systems and policies to immediate superiors to improve department services, effectiveness, and efficiency as part of continuous improvement initiatives.
What Will You Bring
College graduate
At least 1 year of work experience in handling inventory and warehousing.
Knowledge and ability to operate/drive a forklift and Van, supported by a TESDA NCII certification and a professional Driver’s license.
Knowledgeable in computer software, Oracle System, Jira Application
