Purpose of Position:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Central Planning Specialist - Maternity Leave to join our Planning team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing production planning activities for finished goods, monitoring production performance and inventory levels to ensure product availability and optimize stock management. You will analyze and report key supply chain and production KPIs, prepare insightful reports and presentations to support decision-making, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive planning effectiveness and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

Description of Main Activities/Responsibilities:
- Support production planning activities for finished goods.
- Monitor production trends and progress to support planning decisions.
- Analyze stock levels to ensure product availability and optimize inventory.
- Assist in the calculation and reporting of KPIs related to production and supply chain performance.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support planning processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field with a focus on Supply Chain or Operations.
- Professional Skills: Strong data analysis skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel are mandatory.
- Language Skills: Italian & English (at least B2).
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Excel. Good command of PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Behavioral Requirements: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and in a team.

- Location: Gallarate (VA)
- Working hours: Full time, 40h/week, from Monday to Friday.
- Contract: CCNL Alimentare Industria
- Level: Impiegatizio
- Meal vouchers: €8 for each day spent in the office
- Remuneration: starting from RAL 28.000 €
