About the Role
 
As a Central Planning and Optimization Data Analyst, you will be responsible for shaping business strategy through effective planning, optimization, and forecasting. You will use your analytical skills to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide the business direction. With your technical expertise, you will create automated dashboards, perform meaningful customer segmentation, and deliver impactful analyses. You will manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring your recommendations are understood, trusted, and acted upon by teams across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Design segmentation for many different business parties (customer, seller, influencer, cargo company etc.
  • Define business rules for each segment and set targets with business owners
  • Create and optimize journeys for each segment and feature to meet the business kpis
  • Work with the product team to improve any business process for onboarding or engagement of each segment
  • Work with the business owners to design and execute growth opportunities for each segment
  • Automate tracking and communication of any feature for any segment

Expected Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Industrial Engineering
  • 2+ years experience in data analysis, project & product management
  • Coding skills – ability to code in one or more languages (SQL, Python)
  • Communication skills - Excited to work with different functions within company, creative problem solver who thrives with ambiguity
  • Familiar with digital analytics visualization tools (Looker, Qlikview, Tableau etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience of working with large volumes of data
  • Enjoys the challenge of simplifying complex data, processes, and concepts to highlight key insights and guide decision making
  • A genuine interest in digital disciplines and stay up to date on trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Good command of Gsuite or MS Office programs

Skills Required
