This Position reports to:
Global P&C Manager, BL Industry
Leading the Industries Robotics CEU Cluster, you will play an integral role in the global Robotics Division and be a key contributor to the overall success of the CEU Cluster. You will drive profitable growth across multiple market segments while fostering a customer-focused culture of continuous improvement throughout the region, helping to deliver the cluster's strategic and financial objectives.
You will lead the Industries Robotics CEU Cluster, with overall responsibility for the Industries Business Line P&L as well as the commercial, operational, and execution teams. In addition, you will directly lead the Sales and Commercial organization, with accountability for account planning, customer engagement, order planning, and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for delivering the annual business performance plan through strong operational leadership, disciplined P&L management, and execution of the agreed business strategy.
You will have full P&L responsibility for the Industries Business Line within the CEU Cluster and a dual reporting line to the CEU Cluster Leader and the Global Business Line Leader, Industries Robotics.

The location for the role is flexible within Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania and the Baltics.
Your responsibilities:
Develop performance targets aligned with global and regional objectives, while driving a proactive approach to market development.
Lead the Sales and Commercial organization across the Cluster.
Build and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers throughout the region.
Partner with HR to ensure the business line is effectively staffed, assessed, developed, and equipped with the capabilities required to meet current and future business needs.
Identify and evaluate market opportunities, determining the appropriate business priorities in alignment with regional and global strategies.
Develop and execute the Industries Business Line strategy, ensuring close alignment with the global Robotics strategy.
Participate in senior leadership forums with regional and global stakeholders on topics including health, safety, environment, quality, workplace practices, and other business-critical initiatives
Your background:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical, operational, or business leadership roles.
At least 8 years of experience managing the full business lifecycle within the industrial automation industry.
Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in a global matrix organization.
Proven track record of leading automation businesses or teams within industrial companies.
Strong commercial acumen with a customer-centric mindset.
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
Strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), with the belief that HSE is everyone's responsibility.
