Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as a liaison between the Clinical Operations and Quality teams to support audit readiness, inspection preparation, and timely implementation of corrective and preventative actions
  • Coordinate network-wide projects across multiple sites, tracking metrics, timelines, dependencies, and standardizing reporting and documentation practices.
  • Lead the rollout of study updates, protocol amendments, and operational changes across all network sites, ensuring timely and consistent implementation while actively sharing best practices to promote standardization and continuous improvement.
  • Lead or support cross-functional operational initiatives such as process improvement projects, technology implementations, workflow optimization, sponsor-requested initiatives, and organizational scaling efforts.

Sponsor & Business Support

  • Support business development and growth initiatives by providing operational insights, site readiness assessments, enrollment projections, and operational expertise during sponsor engagements to support sponsor satisfaction.
