For Linklaters Office in Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Accounting Specialist role to support London Finance Team.

You will be responsible for:
Financial Operations & Reporting
Supporting accounting advisors and managers with day-to-day finance activities and ad hoc analysis.
Assisting with accurate recording of financial transactions and preparing simple variance reports.
Month-End & Year-End Processes
Helping with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Preparing and posting journal entries and assisting with reconciliations and audit documentation.
Budgeting & Project Accounting
Supporting the budgeting process, including gathering data and preparing basic reports.
Assisting with accounting and reporting for global projects (e.g. project setup in SAP, tracking costs, preparing summaries).
Helping maintain accurate financial records, including fixed assets and general ledgers.
Audit & Compliance Support
Preparing supporting documents for audits and other financial reviews.
Ensuring data is complete, accurate, and in line with company standards
Apply if you:
Have 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar area.
Are curious, proactive, and eager to learn from experienced professionals.
Feel comfortable working with numbers and data in Microsoft Excel.
Are studying towards, or planning to start, an accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Have good English communication skills and enjoy working as part of a global team.
Have used SAP or another finance system before (nice to have, but not required).
