We are seeking a safety-focused and results-driven Cement Production Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for leading production activities, supporting operational excellence, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within our cement manufacturing operation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and coordinate production activities across 12-hr shift crews to achieve safety, quality, environmental, and operational objectives.

  • Supervise, coach, and support production employees while promoting employee engagement and accountability.

  • Monitor plant performance and implement solutions to improve productivity, reliability, and efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and established operating procedures.

  • Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and operational teams to optimize plant performance and resolve production challenges.

  • Effective communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to prioritize competing demands, adapt to changing conditions, and achieve business objectives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts

Work Environment

  • Primarily based in a cement manufacturing facility with exposure to industrial equipment, moving machinery, noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.

  • Requires regular plant inspections, field presence, and interaction with production personnel.

  • May require occasional work outside of standard business hours to support operational needs.
