Job Description

Role: Senior member of the CEM team who is an expert in the Sequel application suite and its associated Infrastructure dependencies.

Responsibilities:

• Expert in the Sequel Product Suite and its accompanying infrastructure.
• Facilitate problem solving and collaboration.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers as necessary.
• Serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve interface and integration issues with other teams.
• Escalation points for other members of the CEM team.
• Assist with the design and implementation of new automation tools.
• Write design technical documents.
• Any other duties commensurate to the grade of the role.

Qualifications

• Essential IT fundamentals (e.g. Windows, AD, Networking).
• At least 5 years of support & system administration experience in a technical windows based environment.
• Technically adept and able to quickly learn new technologies and software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good written and oral communication.
• Flexible, Pro-Active and able to work well under pressure.
