Position Summary

1. Identify digital touch points for product and brand promotion and set effective digital channel operation strategy.
2. Create contents that are suited for each channel and run digital media campaigns or CRM(Customer Relationship Management) programs to increase channel traffic and strengthen customer relationship.

Role and Responsibilities

1. [Website operation planning and management] Write contents briefing for new website contents development and analyze the website traffic regularly to identify pain points.

2. [Social channel operation] Produce contents briefs for creating contents suitable for social channel, analyze monthly and quarterly social data to derive insight and monitor social channel on daily basis.

3. [Digital campaign production] Come up with digital campaign ideas or CRM(Customer Relationship Management) ideas, participate in contents production, and manage CRM DB(Customer Relationship Management Database).

4. [Digital campaign execution] Gauge the impact of the digital campaign or email marketing for CRM(Customer Relationship Management) purposes by checking the website traffic, etc.

5. [Search advertisement and search optimization] Check the search keywords for each product and provide data to increase ROI(Return on Investment) by regularly monitoring search advertisements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures

• Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors

• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action

• Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments

• Generally, requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in agency / Advertiser
  • Understanding of marketing basics (traditional and digital marketing touchpoints) 
  • Good analytical skills to be able to analyze the primary metrics 
  • Innovative and can easily identify trends 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 

Scope Of Work: 

  • Samsung.com operations management:
    • Coordination with external agency on Samsung.com operations:
    • Provide a brief for content creation (Marketing page or promotion pages, A++ content) …
    • Review of the translations & corrections
  • Retail marketing support:

Catalog & leaflets, POP:

- Brief on the catalog or leaflet content, creative inspiration, content structure.

- Provide visual elements: pack shots, icons ..

- Follow up with the agency on the execution

- Review, comments and validation

Retailer branding:

- Adaptations of banners for retailers' websites

- Adaptations for shops windows

- Adaptation of TVCs for Shop led screens

  • Influencer management support

-Coordination service with influencers,

- Weekly follow up of influencer activity : briefing, content validation, and airing

- Analysis of reporting and KPIs.

  • PR support:

- Request adaptation for global Press releases (French and Arabic if not available)

- Review the Press releases content 

- Follow up the PRL dispatch with the PR agency

- Request reporting/ review clippings / SOV

- Participation in event organization
