Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily process engineering activities on the CDU assembly line.
- Ensure that all manufacturing processes operate within defined parameters, meet quality standards, and continuously improve in efficiency and stability.
- Monitor and enforce standard operation procedures and work instructions for each CDU assembly station.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time, scrap, rework and defect rates.
- Provide real-time technical support and troubleshooting to production when process issues arise.
- Specify, validate and maintain assembly fixtures and tooling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree at least, master’s preferred.
- 5+years of experience in data center related products or cold plates manufacturing process engineering.
- Hands-on experience with lean tools and strong problem-solving skills.
- Deep knowledge of production manufacturing processes, brazing, leak testing, assembly and so on.
- Good organizational and coordination skills and service awareness.
- Good English listening, speaking, and writing skills.
