Who we are

We're looking for a Principal or Director Product Manager to lead Attentive’s Data Initiative - the goal of this initiative is to build a differentiated data platform that supercharges AI performance and supports our mission to deliver personalized shopping experiences. The Data Platform Initiative is responsible for building a differentiated data moat that helps Attentive understand as much as we can about our clients, their products, and the end consumers. Data Platform owns identifying high value data, ingesting client data, making data actionable for clients and downstream teams, and sending data out to external systems. The group owns product areas such as:

 

- Audience syncing and property ingestion

- Identity resolution

- Customer 360

- Webhooks, postbacks, and reverse ETL

- Reporting, predictive analytics, and insights

 

This group plays a key role in Attentive’s automation and AI products as they own and support our efforts to collect, clean, and activate data. Additionally this PM will be accountable for owning the collaboration and shared strategy with our CDP and Data Warehouse Partners.

 

This PM will be responsible for building out the 12-month Data strategy, which will answer questions such as - how will Attentive ingest high-value data at scale, who should we partner with, how should we structure existing datasets, how do our clients access and engage with our data, how will we create and leverage a data platform to truly differentiate our AI performance, how do we uplevel our value to clients through unique insights and personalized recommendations. The PM will be accountable for roadmap execution, driving innovation, and delivering impact. This role include a high level of executive visibility and oversight of one of the company’s top priorities.

  • You'll serve as the domain expert in driving differentiation through data ingestion, data processing, data design decisions, and ensuring high availability and performance of our applications
  • The end to end data platform is complex with important strategic decisions to make every step of the way - we will be relying on you to define where we are going, how we get there, and how we position ourselves. As an AI company, data is the backbone of our operation and Data Platform has quickly risen to be a top company priority 

About you

  • 5+ years of experience working in the CDP space
  • Consider yourself to be a CDP thought leader and industry expert
  • Proven ability to create compelling product strategies to create differentiation in a competitive space
  • Possesses strong point of views in how CDPs help make marketing personas more successful
  • Proven ability to work with GTM teams from Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive cohesive messaging to customers & prospects
  • Experience autonomously creating and driving a multi-team roadmap across various product and engineering teams
  • Effective communicating with executives and senior management
  • You are able to manage difficult tradeoffs - quickly identifying the situation + options, framing the situation, and driving internal alignment
  • You are creative and motivated - you always find a way
  • You are deeply analytical and are comfortable sorting through data & using it to make data driven decisions

For US based applicants:

- The US base salary range for this full time position is $199,200 - $298,000 annually + equity + benefits

- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
