Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Data Platform (CDP) Specialist to design, implement, and optimize our CDP to enhance customer engagement, improve marketing strategies, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have expertise in customer data integration, analytics, and leveraging CDP tools to deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- CDP Strategy and Implementation:
- Develop and execute strategies for implementing and managing the Customer Data Platform.
- Ensure seamless integration of data sources, including CRM, website, mobile applications, and other customer touchpoints.
- Data Management and Integration:
- Oversee data ingestion, cleansing, and unification to create a single, comprehensive view of the customer.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure accurate and secure data flow into the CDP.
- Customer Insights and Segmentation:
- Use the CDP to generate actionable insights through customer segmentation, behavior analysis, and journey mapping.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to leverage insights for targeted campaigns.
- Optimization and Automation:
- Design workflows and automation within the CDP to enable real-time, personalized customer experiences.
- Continuously monitor and optimize CDP performance and data quality.
- Compliance and Governance:
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and maintain high standards for data governance.
- Reporting and Communication:
- Provide regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and performance.
- Train and support internal teams on CDP capabilities and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience working with Customer Data Platforms (e.g., Segment, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP, Tealium, etc.).
- Strong background in data integration, analytics, and data-driven marketing.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL, data mapping, and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with API integration and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with marketing tools such as marketing automation platforms, CRM, and analytics tools.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in implementing real-time personalization strategies.
- Knowledge of AI/ML applications in customer analytics.
- Certification in CDP tools or data analytics is a plus.
