Owner-Operator Lease On Packages

80/20 Split

  • Initial run: 21 days out / 3 days home
  • After onboarding: 14 days out / 2 days home

We focus on steady lanes with Chicago as a primary hub and keep the operating area straightforward (some areas are restricted).

Exact in-cab specifications are reviewed directly with recruiting so drivers know what they’re being assigned before orientation. Home time is typically every other week and is discussed clearly up front. We focus on realistic scheduling and do not oversell what we cannot consistently deliver. Pay is structured and paid on time. Detention, layover, and extra stop pay are part of the overall pay system, with details explained clearly before drivers are seated. Company drivers and owner-operators are both welcome.
