Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the car-buying process.
- Assist customers in selecting the ideal CDJR vehicle to match their needs.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with management to finalize sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with leads and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Maintain a strong product knowledge of CDJR vehicles.
- Exceed sales goals and earn rewarding commission while doing what you love.
- Comply with all dealership policies and procedures.
