WHAT IMPACT YOU CREATE AT CHANEL
In this new role, the mission is to serve as the daily right hand to the Head of Styling, Chanel Fashion. Under her supervision, the objective is to take ownership of a significant share of operational and coordination matters, and to provide strong support where the operational workload is most demanding.
At the heart of this role: streamlining, structuring, and anticipating — enabling the Head of Styling and every member of her team to stay focused on what matters most.
With the continuous growth of Styling projects (fittings, talent shoots, sendouts, events, movies and music videos, customs and reproductions), the complexity of coordination keeps intensifying. This volume, combined with the high Image standards of the activity, makes a strong, reliable deputy essential for the Head.
This role should notably allow the Head of Styling to dedicate more time and energy to strategic priorities:
- Product strategy: Strengthening the connection between styling strategies and product/marketing priorities from the studio, the Merchandising expertise in coherence with the global orchestration of projects. On this part include, competitors styling analysis
- International Community Engagement: Supporting markets more proactively, and elevating styling practices on a global scale
- Styling budget management in close collaboration with Celebrities design coordination and operations
- Celebrity Stylist & Influence Relations: Deepening these relationships, introducing new styling propositions, and nurturing the creative conversation with key stylists
MISSIONS
1. Supporting and Acting as Deputy to the Head of Styling- Take ownership of priority operational projects as assigned by the Head, with rigor and attention to detail
- Oversee talent fittings in Paris, based on needs defined by the Head: events, try-ons
- Oversee the tracking of looks selected for campaigns (F&B, WFJ, Beauty) and film projects, in collaboration with relevant teams and as directed by the Head
- Manage budget tracking and purchase order processing, shipping, proactively flagging areas of concern, providing regular estimates
- Oversee the team’s preparation of key analyses and recaps (looks shot, reserved pieces, unworn deck) to support the Director’s decision-making
- Be able to represent the Head of Styling during travel when needed, ensuring continuity and quality across styling projects
- Be the point of contact of a selection of regions and markets for styling needs. Selection TBD
- In support of the Head of Styling, guide team members (booking coordination, fitting schedules, temporary showroom management) in a collaborative and constructive dynamic
- Ensure smooth information flow across all stakeholders: showroom, press, Relations & Activation, WFJ, Haute Couture, studio
- Structure coordination processes ahead of key moments (shows, major events, campaigns) to anticipate rather than react
- Ensure rigorous upkeep of tracking tools: dressing calendar, celebrity database, collection recaps
- Contribute to the development and sharing of styling guidelines and best practices across markets
- Participate in overseeing collection buyings for key markets, in support of the Head
- Maintain a watch on emerging stylists (“stylists to watch”) and keep reference decks up to date

- Proven expertise in celebrity styling within a demanding fashion environment — strong knowledge of booking operations, fittings, and showroom coordination
- Strong experience, ideally with exposure to international markets and a complex ecosystem
- Strong organizational skills and ability to create structure in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
- Mature, discreet, confident, and humble posture — able to serve as a trusted deputy without overstepping
- Product sensitivity and deep understanding of Chanel culture
- Fluent in French and English
